Starting from Month 4 (August 24, 2025), InterLink implements a new leadership and team management structure. This system ensures that Ambassadors across all countries are guided by a clear chain of leadership, accountability, and mentorship.
The vision is simple: π Every Ambassador must not only grow the community but also develop into a strong leader capable of operating independently with confidence and resilience.
π± Core Team β The Highest Authority
The Core Team is the highest decision-making body within InterLink. This group carries the ultimate authority and responsibility for the growth, sustainability, and governance of the entire ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities:
Vision & Strategy β Define the global roadmap for InterLinkβs ecosystem and Ambassador Program.
Governance & Integrity β Ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance across all operations.
Final Decision-Making β Approve major policies, tokenomics updates, partnerships, and expansions.
Empowering GPs β Delegate responsibility to Global Partners, equipping them to execute strategy worldwide.
Guardian of Values β Preserve InterLinkβs mission of decentralization, empowerment, and community-driven growth.
π‘ The Core Team operates as the ultimate guardians of InterLink, ensuring long-term stability, adaptability, and credibility in the market.
π Global Partners (GP) β The Highest Ambassador Rank
Below the Core Team are the Global Partners (GPs), the most senior leaders in the Ambassador Program. They are the bridge between the Core Team and all global Ambassadors.
Roles of Global Partners:
Strategic Leadership β Expand and strengthen the Ambassador Program globally.
Mentorship β Train and empower Global Leaders (Tier 1) and beyond.
Execution β Translate Core Team strategies into practical community growth.
Communication β Serve as the main link between Ambassadors and the Core Team.
Guardianship β Uphold InterLinkβs standards, especially under market volatility or external pressure.

Role: National leaders with full responsibility for their countryβs Ambassador program.
Key Duties:
Own and manage national InterLink communities.
Operate official community social channels (Telegram, Discord, X, TikTok, YouTube).
Host large-scale events: AMAs, workshops, offline meetups.
Demonstrate integrity and discipline to inspire Ambassadors.
Build cross-project partnerships to accelerate growth.
Lead and mentor Tier 2 and Tier 3 members.
π₯ Tier 2 β Community Builder
Role: Mid-level leaders responsible for daily community growth and content.
Key Duties:
Create engaging, authentic, and shareable content.
Maintain consistent activity in Telegram, Discord, and social platforms.
Collect feedback from members and report to Tier 1 or GP leaders.
Mentor Tier 3 Influencers and convert awareness into measurable results.
Support event organization and digital campaigns.
π₯ Tier 3 β Influencer
Role: Entry-level ambassadors focused on visibility and awareness.
Key Duties:
Create awareness-driven content (memes, videos, posts, reels).
Promote InterLinkβs mission to new audiences.
Support Tier 2 builders with community presence.
Help increase referrals and awareness through creativity and social activity.
