House Rules on How to Become an Ambassador & Grow into a Better One


The Global Partners Program is a recognition and reward system designed for outstanding leaders who have consistently demonstrated loyalty, growth, and long-term commitment to the InterLink ecosystem. Unlike the Ambassador Rewards (which focus on content creation, referrals, and activity), the Global Partners Reward Scheme is built on partnership, leadership, and ecosystem impact.


1. Purpose of the Reward Scheme

  • To recognize top leaders who contribute to the long-term success of InterLink.

  • To ensure that Global Partners share in the growth of the InterLink ecosystem.

  • To maintain motivation, stability, and alignment among high-level leaders.


2. Reward Allocation

  • Coaches (Global Partners): Each Global Partner (e.g., Coach Joel & Coach Luke) receives a fixed allocation of 100,000 ITLG per cycle.

  • Ambassador Incentive Pool: A portion of the Coach allocations (20% = 40,000 ITLG) is redistributed to reward active and high-level Ambassadors.

  • Distribution Mechanism:

    • If 20 Ambassadors qualify (reaching Level 100+), then 40,000 ITLG ÷ 20 = 2,000 ITLG per Ambassador.

    • If fewer Ambassadors qualify, each receives a higher share of the 40,000 ITLG pool.


3. Halving Rewards & Market Volatility Adjustments

  • Halving Policy: Rewards may undergo scheduled halving events to ensure token sustainability, similar to Bitcoin’s model.

  • Market Adjustment Rule: If the price of ITLG increases significantly, rewards may be adjusted downward (halved or reduced) to maintain long-term balance.

  • Conversely, if the price of ITLG drops, allocations may be temporarily adjusted upward to ensure fair compensation and motivation.

  • All changes will be announced officially and reflected in the next White Paper update.


4. Transparency & Accountability

  • All transactions and reward allocations are recorded and shared internally within the Coach House for reference.

  • Coaches are responsible for transparent distribution of the rewards to ensure fairness.

  • Any misconduct in allocation or favoritism will result in penalties and restructuring.


5. Key Features of the Scheme

  • Merit-Based Rewards: Only Ambassadors who meet requirements (e.g., reaching Level 100+) share in the redistribution pool.

  • Sustainability: Designed to ensure continuous motivation while maintaining fair compensation for Global Partners.

  • Leadership Incentive: Encourages Global Partners to mentor and grow their Ambassadors since their rewards are linked to performance.

  • Market Flexibility: The halving & adjustment model ensures the ecosystem adapts to token price volatility.


6. Long-Term Impact

  • Strengthened leadership bonds between Global Partners and Ambassadors.

  • Greater transparency in the reward system.

  • Clear pathways for Ambassadors to eventually reach Global Partner status through loyalty, leadership, and performance.
