Introduction

House Rules on How to Become an Ambassador & Grow into a Better One

The InterLink Coach House is the official training ground and central hub for all InterLink Ambassadors and aspiring candidates. It was created to bring structure, clarity, and unity to the Ambassador Program, ensuring that every member understands the path to leadership and the opportunities available within the InterLink ecosystem.

The Coach House serves three primary purposes:

  1. For Applicants (Linkers seeking to become Ambassadors):

    • A place to begin the journey through orientation, evaluation, and mentorship.

    • Candidates are assessed based on referrals, content creation, and commitment.

    • Only those who show loyalty, consistency, and potential are invited to enter the Internal House.

  2. For Official Ambassadors:

    • A professional environment where Ambassadors can grow, collaborate, and take on greater responsibilities.

    • Access to training, daily and monthly tasks, reward distribution, and transparent reporting.

    • A platform to showcase leadership and qualify for higher tiers in the program.

  3. For Global Partners and Coaches:

    • A leadership base where Global Partners can directly mentor Ambassadors.

    • Provides an accountability framework for allocation and distribution of ITLG rewards.

    • Ensures fairness and transparency in how the community is nurtured.

The establishment of the InterLink Coach House marks the beginning of a new era for Ambassadors. All old groups will be closed once migration is complete, ensuring that every member is aligned under one official system. This guarantees unity, prevents fragmentation, and creates a clear path for growth.

In essence, the Coach House is not only a groupβ€”it is the backbone of InterLink leadership. It is where applicants transform into Ambassadors, and Ambassadors evolve into global leaders.
