Introducing InterLink Coach House
It serves as a private space where growth, strategy, and leadership come together to guide the next generation of community builders.
The InterLink Coach House is the official leadership and mentorship hub for the InterLink Network. It is open to all Linkers who aspire to become Ambassadors, serving as the gateway from applicant to leader.
It replaces the old Ambassador Onboarding Program (T1, T2, T3) with a stronger, more transparent system that combines training, accountability, and direct mentorship.
Inside the Interlink Coach House:
Every Linker who wishes to become an Ambassador must first join the InterLink Coach House Onboarding.
Members report directly to the Global Partners (Coaches), who serve as mentors and evaluators.
The Coaches assess each applicant and decide if they qualify for Tier 3, Tier 2, or Tier 1 based on performance, referrals, and commitment.
Global Partners report daily to the Core Team, ensuring transparency and alignment with InterLink’s global vision.
Members gain exclusive access to training materials, strategies, leadership workshops, and growth systems.
The House fosters teamwork, creativity, and measurable impact through structured activities and accountability programs.
Security & Quality Controls
To maintain the integrity of the onboarding process:
An Anti-Raid system is active: if more than 15 people join within 15 minutes, further joins will be temporarily blocked. Those already in the group remain unaffected. This prevents spammers and unprofessional messages.
A 300-second slow mode is enforced to ensure that each member’s questions are properly addressed and everyone receives guidance without messages getting lost.
The Coach House is more than just a group—it is the proving ground for future leaders of Web3. Here, Linkers are trained, guided, and elevated to become Ambassadors who carry the InterLink vision forward.

📢 Evaluation Performance Notice
Dear Applicants & Ambassadors,
✅ Daily Time In Requirement All applicants under evaluation are required to log their Daily Time In in the Interlink Coach House Onboarding Group. This will serve as the basis for performance monitoring.
⚠️ Username Policy Please do not change your Telegram username to avoid missed communication.
If you need to change it, kindly provide your old username and the new username so we can track you faster.
This policy also applies to Ambassadors inside the House.
📝 Content Submission Guidelines for Applicants
Submit your content links through the Interlink Coach House On Boarding Performance Tracker.
If you already submitted once (e.g., on August 21), and you have new content on the next day (e.g., August 22), simply check your email and edit/update your previous submission by adding the new content link.
