Onboarding Process & Qualification
House Rules on How to Become an Ambassador & Grow into a Better One
The InterLink Coach House follows a structured onboarding process to ensure that only the most committed and capable individuals qualify as Ambassadors. This process is designed to evaluate applicants fairly and place them in the correct tier for growth and contribution.
Step 1: Enter the Onboarding Group
All applicants (Linkers) must first join the Onboarding Group.
Here, Coaches and senior Ambassadors will evaluate their referrals, community presence, and social activity.
This stage acts as the training ground where potential is tested before advancement.
Step 2: Evaluation Criteria
We evaluate each candidate based on several factors:
Network Growth – Ability to bring in new, quality members into the ecosystem.
Content Creation – Effectiveness in spreading InterLink through original and impactful content.
Commitment Level – Demonstrated consistency, loyalty, and genuine interest in InterLink.
Community Presence – Positive engagement both online and offline.
Step 3: Placement into Tiers
After evaluation, qualified applicants are placed into the Ambassador tiers:
Tier 3 Ambassadors – Entry point for new Ambassadors.
Tier 2 Ambassadors – For outstanding candidates who display strong potential.
Tier 1 Ambassadors – Earned through careful observation and consistent performance over time.
Step 4: Entry into the Internal House
Once promoted, Ambassadors are given access to the Internal House.
This is the official hub for:
Training & mentorship
Task assignments (daily/monthly)
Reward distribution and announcements
Direct communication with Coaches
Evaluation & Tier Assignment
The process of assigning ambassadors to the correct tier will be handled with fairness, transparency, and accountability.
The process is as follows:
Candidates will reach out to either Coach Joel or Coach Luke, regardless on which country they come from.
Global Partners / Evaluators will carefully evaluate their performance, activities, and potential.
At the end of each day, Global Partners will send to the Core Team the evaluated list of candidates.
The Core Team will then update the official list and assign their badges in the InterLink App.
Authority of Assignment:
Applicants or Linkers together with Tier 3, and Tier 2: Global Partners have full authority to decide and assign candidates.
Tier 1 (Global Leader): Decisions for Tier 1 will always be discussed and finalized together with the Global Partners and The Core Team to ensure strong leadership alignment.
This ensures that every candidate is placed where they can thrive, grow, and contribute most effectively to InterLink’s mission.
Important Note
If country does not have Global Leader, even Community Partner, Global Partners will be the one who directly lead Tier 3.
Once the onboarding process is complete and all applicants are moved, old groups will be permanently closed to ensure all official activities are centralized in the InterLink Coach House.
Qualification as an Ambassador is not just about joining—it is about proving readiness to lead, contribute, and uphold the values of InterLink.
